Most of what we don’t do in life is because we’re holding ourselves back from doing it.

Some of us have excuses for most of the things we want to do, but don’t do.

Most of us pretend we’re fine with where we are so we don’t have to get real about where we are.

But, here’s the thing, we have to get real about what we feel in our lives if we want to live our lives.

We have to let ourselves feel scared, happy, pain, anxiety, all of it.

Because it’s when we let ourselves be as we are, accepting who we are in the moment, that we get out of our own way and let the good stuff pour in.
