From students I’ve been working with in the How to Communicate Like a Buddhist: Parenting Course there’s a lot of added stress and overwhelm with schools closed, some of them until the end of the school year.
Tensions are high, which means short tempers, impatience. Mix this with lack of sleep and juggling full time work and it’s no wonder a lot of us aren’t interacting with our children the way we want to.
I’ve heard from some of you about wanting guidance right now through this time with your kids. So here’s what I’ve decided to do.
I’m offering the parenting course as a completely self paced program.
This means that you can do it at any time, when you have the time. There are no calls that you have to attend, nothing that is going to add extra stress. And because you’re doing it on your own – the cost of it is much lower.
While the course is geared more for younger children, the principles and concepts can be applied to older children as well.
