It’s easy to forget that when we don’t express our frustrations or needs that it affects our communication with others. Without sharing our concerns with the person that’s provoking a feeling of discomfort we’re likely short and impatient, maybe we say things under our breath or ignore them altogether. And what about how this affects our relationships with others? Those on the periphery?
