After attending Columbus School for Girls in Columbus, Ohio, Cynthia Blair Kane left her hometown, and headed for upstate New York. In 2002 she received her B.A. from Bard College, and in 2006 received her M.F.A. from Sarah Lawrence College.
Cynthia is a regular blogger for the Jerusalem Post. And her writing has appeared in The Columbus Dispatch, The Independent, LIC Ins & Outs Magazine, Country Comfort Magazine, Bridal Guide Magazine, CitySmart Magazine, North East Book Review, The New Standard, Yoga Journal, InMadrid and Map Magazine.
Cynthia was the Senior Editor of two literary magazines, A Gathering of the Tribes and Lumina Magazine.
She has worked with Michael Gross, New York Times bestselling author, on 740 Park: The Story of the World's Richest Apartment Building, and is the former marketing director of Barbara Probst Solomon's literary magazine, The Reading Room.
Currently, Cynthia is a Development Editor with Manning Publishing.
Cynthia has finished her first novel, Class President, and her second novel, Who Knows Jordan Stein? She is looking for representation. Check out the announcement page for more details.
